Thoroughbred horses have long been associated with Blair Atholl. The beautiful existing stables have been home to hundreds of yearlings in that time which have been taken from the National Sales and prepared for the racing industry.
An unparalleled feature of Blair Atholl has always been the beautiful grass paddocks, with the safest post and rail fences set in tranquil surroundings. The new Equestrian Centre is built on one of the most spectacular stands on the whole property, with incredible views of the Magaliesberg, and has around 50 stables, all with an outside view around a quadrangle.
The stables also provide first-rate post-operative care where the horses are able to recuperate in large individual paddocks with superb grazing.
Homeowners have the pleasure and convenience of having their favourite horse on their doorstep, with the added peace of mind knowing that their horses will receive the finest care
Small gymkanas are held on the property for our owners who stable their horses here.
External competitions are encouraged and entrance to these are guided personally with each owner by the Stable Manager
Outrides on the property cover more than 24kms of Bridle paths all within the security of the perimeter fencing
