Masterplan

An enormous amount of planning and conceptualising has gone into the broad masterplan of the estate. An appointed panel of building contractors are in place to ensure a pleasureable and professional building experience.  The architectural and landscaping guidelines will allow the architectural theme of the homes to flow and blend in with the indigenous landscape whilst ensuring the natural landscape is enahanced, maintained and continually improved. 

And, in keeping with the indigenous bush of the area, the team decided to theme and style Blair Atholl in accordance with its tranquil country setting and the area's surrounding history together with a classical, traditional and African flavour. Every consideration has been given to the differing views, ranging from riverine to mountain top and savannah plains.
